Introduction to Alicia Sebastien
After experiencing a layoff in August 2019 from the oil & gas sector and facing another job transition due to contractual changes in November 2022 within the cryptocurrency industry; I was determined to help others who find themselves in similar situations.
Now, I am a career consultant for the same HR global firm which offered outplacement services when I experienced my layoff. Talk about a full-circle moment. I am also a HR Information Service Specialist in the insurance brokerage industry.
I authored the self help guide which outlines 10 interactive modules which assists those who seek structured steps with actionable items for effective planning in the job search process.
